ED, Mumbai has conducted search operations at 8 different locations in Mumbai under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002 on 13.02.2025 in a money laundering case against M/s One World Creations Private Limited (OCPL) and others in a case of bank fraud

On "15/02/2025", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Mumbai has conducted search operations at 8 different locations in Mumbai under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002 on 13.02.2025 in a money laundering case against M/s One World Creations Private Limited (OCPL) and others in a case of bank fraud". The search operation led to the seizure of incriminating evidence related to the purchase of immovable properties acquired using proceeds of crime. Further investigation is ongoing, initiated based on an FIR registered by CBI against OCPL and its directors.
