"On "02/05/2025", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Lucknow Zonal Office has conducted search operations under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002 at five premises across Ghaziabad, Lucknow and New Delhi on 30.04.2025 in the case of M/s Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd. (Ansal API) and others. During the search operations, various incriminating documents and digital devices were seized, including financial details, project-level financials, and bank account information. The investigation revealed a significant portion of buyer's money was diverted and misappropriated, with over Rs. 135.51 Crore involved in alleged fraud.
