ED, Lucknow has provisionally attached properties worth Rs. 2.85 Crore in the form of three immovable properties in the name of Ayodhya Prasad Mishra and his family members in the case against Ayodhya Prasad Mishra (MD), UPPCL (Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd.) under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002

"On "11/01/2025", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Lucknow has provisionally attached properties worth Rs. 2.85 Crore in the form of three immovable properties in the name of Ayodhya Prasad Mishra and his family members in the case against Ayodhya Prasad Mishra (MD), UPPCL (Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd.) under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002". The provisional attachment was made based on investigation findings that Ayodhya Prasad Mishra spent Rs. 3.15 Crore in excess of his legitimate income during a specified period."
