ED, Lucknow has provisionally attached movable property of Rs 60 Lakh in form of credit balance in the bank account of M/s Balaji Corporation Pvt. Ltd. belonging to Anil Kumar Prajapati, S/o Gayatri Prasad Prajapati under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002

"On "12/02/2025", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Lucknow has provisionally attached movable property of Rs 60 Lakh in form of credit balance in the bank account of M/s Balaji Corporation Pvt. Ltd. belonging to Anil Kumar Prajapati, S/o Gayatri Prasad Prajapati under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002". This attachment is part of a larger investigation into the activities of Gayatri Prasad Prajapati and his family members for acquiring disproportionate assets and conducting criminal misconduct. The total value of attached properties now stands at Rs. 50.97 Crore approx."
