ED, Lucknow has provisionally attached 01 immovable assets in the form of a residential plot worth Rs. 30 Lakh and 03 movable properties in the form of Insurance Policies worth Rs. 38.47 Lakh, total amounting to Rs. 68.47 Lakh (approx.) belonging to Brahma Prakash Singh, Siddhartha Singh, Govind Sharan Srivastava & Kumar Kartikey in the matter related to irregularities in procurement of medical equipment’s under Janani Suraksha Yojana (NRHM fund) by officials of UP Shram Evam Nirman Sehkari Sangh Ltd. under the provisions of PMLA, 2002.

"On 06/12/2024, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued an update regarding ED, Lucknow has provisionally attached 01 immovable assets in the form of a residential plot worth Rs. 30 Lakh and 03 movable properties in the form of Insurance Policies worth Rs. 38.47 Lakh, total amounting to Rs. 68.47 Lakh (approx.) belonging to Brahma Prakash Singh, Siddhartha Singh, Govind Sharan Srivastava & Kumar Kartikey in the matter related to irregularities in procurement of medical equipment’s under Janani Suraksha Yojana (NRHM fund) by officials of UP Shram Evam Nirman Sehkari Sangh Ltd. under the provisions of PMLA, 2002. The investigation revealed cash deposits and creation of life insurance policies by the accused individuals."
