Ltd. represented by M. Venkata Nagendra, under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002 in the case of M/s Blossoms Oils & Fats Limited

"On "19/11/2024", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Hyderabad has attached immovable properties (residential as well as commercial properties) worth Rs. 2.43 Crore (book value) belonging to Sarvade Vinod Kumar and M/s Jan Shakti Oil Products Pvt. Ltd. represented by M. Venkata Nagendra, under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002 in the case of M/s Blossoms Oils & Fats Limited". This action is linked to a CBI investigation into allegations of loan fraud against M/s Blossoms Oils & Fats Limited and its directors, resulting in losses of Rs 266.74 Crore for Indian Overseas Bank and Indian Bank."
