"On "10/12/2024", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Gurugram Zonal Office has filed Prosecution Complaint (PC) on 26.06.2024 before the Hon’ble Special Court, Gurugram against Sikandar Singh S/o Dharam Singh Chokker (Former MLA, Samalkha, Panipat, Haryana), M/s Mahira Infatech Pvt. Ltd., M/s D S Home Construction Pvt Ltd, & Others under the provisions of PMLA, 2002. The Hon’ble Court has taken cognizance of the PC on 05.12.2024". ED investigation revealed that funds collected from thousands of home buyers were diverted for personal gains. Properties worth Rs. 36.52 Crore have been attached by the ED."
