ED, Gurugram has filed Prosecution Complaint (PC) on 16/09/2024 before Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Ambala, Haryana against Surender Panwar, MLA, INC, Sonipat (Erstwhile Director and presently a Shareholder in M/s. Development Strategies India Private Limited) and others under the PMLA, 2002 in a case related to illegal mining activities. The Hon’ble Court has taken cognizance of the present complaint on 09.12.2024

"On 10/12/2024, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued an update regarding ED, Gurugram has filed Prosecution Complaint (PC) on 16/09/2024 before Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Ambala, Haryana against Surender Panwar, MLA, INC, Sonipat and others under the PMLA, 2002 in a case related to illegal mining activities. The Hon’ble Court has taken cognizance of the present complaint on 09.12.2024. Total Proceeds of Crime (POC) generated through such illegal mining activities detected is more than Rs. 300 Crore."
