"On 16/06/2025, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued an update regarding ED, Dehradun has filed Prosecution Complaint (PC) against Deen Dayal Sharma Educational Trust and its trustees Vivek Sharma and Ankur Sharma which runs the Institute of Professional Studies Roorkee along with Officials of District Social Welfare Office, Haridwar in the matter of SC/ST Scholarship Scam, before the Competent Court at Dehradun on 11.06.2025. The ED had provisionally attached immovable assets worth Rs. 1.97 Crore of Vivek and Ankur Sharma under PMLA, 2002."
