Brief

On "18/04/2025", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Chennai Zonal Office has provisionally attached movable and immovable properties in various places across Tamil Nadu valued at Rs. 121.80 Crore ( Present market value around Rs. 600 Crore) on 09.04.2025 under the provisions of PMLA, 2002 in the case of Neomax Properties Private Ltd., and its group companies and others". This attachment follows a previous provisional attachment valued at Rs. 117 Crore in 2023, which was confirmed by the PMLA Adjudicating Authority. The total value of attached properties is now around Rs. 238.80 Crore.
