ED, Bhopal has taken physical possession of confiscated properties which are in the form of two independent houses situated at Minal Residency, Bhopal and have the present market value in crores of Rupees, in the disproportionate assets matter related to Harishankar Gurjar & others.

On 14/02/2025, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued an update regarding ED, Bhopal has taken physical possession of confiscated properties which are in the form of two independent houses situated at Minal Residency, Bhopal and have the present market value in crores of Rupees, in the disproportionate assets matter related to Harishankar Gurjar & others. This move comes after the Hon'ble Supreme Court upheld the confiscation order dated 15/01/2025, confirming the conviction of Harishankar Gurjar and his wife Seema Gurjar for money laundering and possession of disproportionate assets.
