ED, Bhopal has filed a Prosecution Complaint (PC) against Brij Maheshwari and others under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002 before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Bhopal, on 22.03.2025. The Hon’ble Court, Bhopal has taken cognizance of the PC on 22.03.2025.

"On "25/03/2025", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Bhopal has filed a Prosecution Complaint (PC) against Brij Maheshwari and others under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002 before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Bhopal, on 22.03.2025. The Hon’ble Court, Bhopal has taken cognizance of the PC on 22.03.2025". Investigation revealed loan diversion and misutilization to the tune of Rs. 15.67 Crore by Maheswari family through corporate entities, with previous provisional attachment of immovable properties valued at Rs. 2.36 Crore.
