"On "26/03/2025", the "Enforcement Directorate (ED)" issued an update regarding "ED, Ahmedabad Zonal Office has provisionally attached immovable property valued at Rs. 34 Lakh on 25.03.2025 under the provisions of PMLA, 2002 in the case of M/s. Lompire and others.". The provisional attachment was made as part of an investigation into criminal conspiracy, theft, cheating, forgery, and wrongful loss to Bank of India/Temple Tree Investment Private Limited, with suspected persons identified as partners of M/s Lompire and others."
