ED, Ahmedabad has filed a Prosecution Complaint (PC) against Mahesh Prabhudan Langa under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002, before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Ahmedabad on 17.04.2025. The Hon’ble Court has taken cognizance of the PC on 17.04.2025

"On 21/04/2025, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued an update regarding ED, Ahmedabad has filed a Prosecution Complaint (PC) against Mahesh Prabhudan Langa under the provisions of the PMLA, 2002, before the Hon’ble Special Court (PMLA), Ahmedabad on 17.04.2025. The Hon’ble Court has taken cognizance of the PC on 17.04.2025. ED initiated an investigation into cheating and extortion by Langa, resulting in a Provisional Attachment Order dated 09.04.2025. Assets worth lakhs of rupees were attached."
