"On 20/03/2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued an update regarding ECSH41535 - Instances where the FCA will become sole supervisor of a money service business. Money service businesses providing money transmission services must register with HMRC and the FCA, but if they provide services regulated by the FCA, such as electronic money institutions, the FCA may accept sole supervision."
