"On 15/01/2025, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) issued an update regarding EASA to launch direct accreditation of Qualified Entities. This streamlined system aims to offer greater flexibility and faster responses to evolving needs by accrediting eligible entities to carry out certain certification and oversight tasks on behalf of EASA. The first call for expression of interest is set to be launched soon, inviting eligible entities to apply for accreditation."
