On February 26, 2025, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) issued an update regarding EASA extends consultation for proposed Means of Compliance to SC E-19. The agency has extended the consultation period until March 31, 2025, allowing stakeholders to review and comment on the proposed Level 2 Means of Compliance (MoC). This MoC aims to provide acceptable methods of compliance based on published standards for Electric/Hybrid Propulsion Systems (EHPS) technology.
