Disguised packaging is prohibited, and direct processing of raw milk is encouraged. New regulations on infant milk powder are issued

"On March 26, the State Administration for Market Regulation published an announcement to strengthen source management and encourage direct processing of raw milk. The regulations require infant formula companies to implement measures from the original material sources, improve quality and safety management systems, and strictly control microbial indicators in the mixing process. Directly processed raw milk can be labeled as "processed cow's milk" or "processed goat's milk". Disguised packaging is prohibited."
