Directions under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 – Ajantha Urban Co-operative Bank Maryadit, Aurangabad, Maharashtra – Extension of Period

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has extended the restrictions on Ajantha Urban Co-operative Bank Maryadit, Aurangabad, Maharashtra for an additional three months under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. Initially imposed in August 2023 and last extended until February 28, 2025, the restrictions will now remain in effect until May 28, 2025, subject to review. All other terms and conditions of the directive remain unchanged.
