Digital Inclusion Action Plan: First Steps

On 26/02/2025, the Department for Work and Pensions issued an update regarding Digital Inclusion Action Plan: First Steps. The plan aims to tackle digital exclusion in the UK by improving access, skills, support, and confidence in online engagement. Five key actions are outlined, targeting young people, older people, those with disabilities, those currently out of work, and low-income households, with a focus on open opportunities, breaking down barriers, tackling data and device poverty, and building confidence.
