Brief

On "31/10/2024", the "Department of Homeland Security (DHS)" issued an update regarding "DHS Places Additional PRC-Based Textile Companies on the UFLPA Entity List". The US Department of Homeland Security has added 78 textile companies based in the People's Republic of China to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List.
