Decree dated 25 July 2023 issued, identifying discontinuous workers in the entertainment sector

Summary:

The Decree of July 25, 2023, issued by the Minister of Labor and Social Policies in concert with the Minister of Culture, aims to introduce the discontinuity indemnity, a structural and permanent indemnity provided for in Article 2, paragraph 6, of Law 106/2022. The decree identifies workers in the entertainment sector who perform activities indirectly related to the production and realization of performances.
