Decade long Infrastructure Strategy to deliver stability, investment and national renewal

On June 19, 2025, the HM Treasury issued an update regarding a Decade-long Infrastructure Strategy to deliver stability, investment, and national renewal. The strategy pledges at least £9 billion per year over the next decade for the renewal of Health, Education, and Justice estates, backed by £725 billion in long-term funding for maintenance and major projects, aiming to create safer hospitals, modernized schools, and renovated courts.
