On 19/03/2025, the Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) issued an update regarding Data requirements for parcel carriers who move consumer parcels from Great Britain to Northern Ireland. The new arrangements as set out in the Windsor Framework are planned to take effect from 1 May 2025, requiring data submission by parcel carriers on parcel movements based on information from senders and carriers themselves.
