On December 19, 2023, the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) approved a technical cooperation agreement with the City of Rio de Janeiro, through its Secretary of Urban and Economic Development (SMDUE). The goal is to develop initiatives that leverage knowledge and solutions of information technology focused on the Capital Markets, in collaboration with students from the Programadores Cariocas project. The project aims to:

Develop IT solutions to support the CVM's performances in the financial market
 Promote the training and insertion of Programadores Cariocas students into the labor market
Promote financial education
 Develop other projects between institutions to foster Capital Markets development

This partnership is expected to strengthen the CVM's modernization efforts and contribute to the growth of the regulator and the economy as a whole.
