CVM accepts Term of Commitment with director of Multilaser Industrial SA

Summary:

On January 9, 2024, the Colegiado da Comissu00e3o de Valores Mobiliu00e1rios (CVM) analyzed proposals for term of compromise from the following administrative process (PA) cases:

1. PA CVM 19957.012142/2023-43: Andru00e9 Poroger, as director of Multilaser Industrial S.A., presented a proposal to settle the PA, avoiding the possibility of an administrative sanctions process (PAS). After negotiations with the Committee for Term of Compromise (CTC), the proponent agreed to pay R$ 127,500.00 to the CVM. The CTC deemed it opportune and convenient to accept the agreement.
2. PA CVM 19957.003900/2023-32: Lanx Capital Investimentos Ltda., as fund manager, presented a proposal to settle the PA, avoiding the possibility of an administrative sanctions process (PAS). After negotiations with the CTC, the proponent agreed to pay R$ 75,000.00 to the CVM. The CTC deemed it opportune and convenient to accept the agreement.

Both proposals were accepted by the Colegiado da CVM, allowing the cases to be resolved without further administrative proceedings.
