On 13/02/2025, the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) issued an update regarding "CRE reacts to CoRDiS sanction on monitoring of wholesale energy markets". The CRE welcomed the outcome of this procedure and confirmed a €8 million fine for Danske and a €4 million fine for Equinor due to manipulation of gas transport capacity auctions between France and Spain in 2019-2020, violating REMIT regulations.
