On 16/01/2025, the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) issued an update regarding "CRE publishes two decisions and a draft decision concerning Elengy’s regulated LNG terminals". The CRE set tariffs for usage applicable from April 1, 2025, to 2028, evolved modalities of commercialization from February 1, 2025, and determined the target budget for the Montoir terminal renovation project at €220 million.
