"On 10/07/2025, the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) issued an update regarding CRE greets the two decisions of the CoRDiS which sanction the qualified behaviors "abuse of Arenh" of companies Mint and BCM Energy. The Commission welcomed the sanctions imposed on both companies for abusing the regulated right to access historical nuclear electricity (ARENH), totaling 3.5 million euros for Mint and 3 million euros for BCM Energy."
