On "02/12/2024", the "French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE)" issued an update regarding "CRE communicates its guidelines on the method of constructing regulated electricity sales tariffs for sites subscribing to powers greater than 36 kVA, for implementation in 2025". The CRE will propose new tariffs for clients with power subscriptions strictly above 36 kVA, using a methodology that calculates the average tariff based on a cost stacking approach.
