The injunction requires LRC DA SILVA SERVIu00c7OS ADMINISTRATIVOS LTDA to remove their website https://portalinpi.com.br from the internet and refrain from using the INPI logo and abbreviation on web pages, social media, and any other advertising platforms within 15 days. Failure to comply will result in a daily fine of R$ 3,000.00.
