"On 11/03/2025, the French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM) transferred responsibility for certifying cosmetic products' compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to the General Directorate for Competition, Consumption and Repression of Fraud (DGCCRF). As of March 1, 2025, industry professionals must submit their certification requests directly to DGCCRF. ANSM will only process requests received before January 1, 2024."
