Contribute to the public consultation on the virtual deliberative circuit of CADE’s plenary

Summary:

On February 8th, the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) opened a public consultation to propose rules for the Virtual Deliberative Circuit. The proposal is available on the Participa + Brasil platform, where the public can contribute and participate until March 7th, 2024. The consultation proposes process types, periodicities, and deadlines related to virtual decision-making in the autarky, including the possibility of deliberating on administrative matters, term commitments, and declaratory injunctions. After the consultation, Cade will analyze the suggestions and define the final versions of the texts.
