Consultation opens on the Draft Capital Expenditure Incentive Guidelines amendments

On 16/05/2025, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) issued an update regarding Consultation opens on the Draft Capital Expenditure Incentive Guidelines amendments. The proposed amendments aim to address issues related to managing Integrated System Plan project uncertainty and exclusions from the Capital Expenditure Sharing Scheme in certain circumstances. Stakeholders are invited to submit feedback by 27 June 2025, with submissions or inquiries to be sent to aerinquiry@aer.gov.au.
