"On December 12, 2024, Avinash Clarke, Acting First Assistant Secretary of the Medicines Regulation Division, gave consent under sections 14 and 14A of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989. This consent relates to listed medicines containing whole live microorganisms as an active ingredient, allowing for importing, supplying, and exporting despite non-compliance with specific labeling requirements."
