"On July 8, 2025, the Competition Bureau issued an update regarding Competition Bureau advances investigation of Amazon’s Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy. The Bureau obtained a court order to advance its investigation into Amazon's conduct on its Canadian online marketplace, Amazon.ca, to determine if the company is engaging in conduct that may be an abuse of dominance under the Competition Act."
