"On 21/01/2025, the Competition Commission of India issued an update regarding Commission approves the proposed combination involving, inter alia, Agro Tech Foods Limited (ATFL), Bharti Enterprises Limited (BEL), DMPL India Limited (DMPL India) and Del Monte Foods Private Limited (DMFPL)". The proposed combination involves the acquisition of 100% shareholding in DMFPL by ATFL and issuance of equity shares in ATFL to BEL and DMPL India. This move makes DMFPL a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATFL.
