"On April 1, a revised Coal-fired Power Consumption Limit Standard (GB 21258—2024) was enforced by China. This standard applies to conventional coal-fired power plants, heat and electricity joint production units, and introduces Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion Units for the first time, achieving full coverage of coal-fired power generation."
