On February 21, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) issued an update regarding CMA reaches settlement with banks in competition case. The authority reached a settlement with four major banks - Citi, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, and Royal Bank of Canada - over the sharing of sensitive information about UK government bonds, known as gilts, between 2009-2013.
