On 04/04/2025, the Competition and Markets Authority issued an update regarding CMA believes remedies offer in Safran / Collins may address competition concerns. The CMA is considering Safran's undertakings to sell its THSA business, which includes provisionally finding that these undertakings could address identified competition concerns, allowing for a more detailed consideration of the deal and possible clearance under the Enterprise Act 2002.
