The Brazilian Institute of Intellectual Property (INPI) has published the XML version of the section of marks from Resolution Point 2.764 of December 26, 2023, which is missing two dispatches compared to the PDF version of the same RPI. The missing dispatches are related to the registration and designation of process numbers 501615287 and 501615288. The INPI notifications that it will not be possible to generate a new XML version of the RPI with the inclusion of these two dispatches. However, it highlights that the PDF version of the Review is considered the official means of communication of the INPI's decisions.
