CISA, FBI, and MS-ISAC Release Advisory on Phobos Ransomware

This ransomware is delivered through a ransomware as a service (RaaS) model and has targeted various entities, including municipal and county governments, education, public healthcare, and critical infrastructure. The joint CSA provides knowledge on tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and indicators of compromise (IOCs) derived from incident response investigations and encourages critical infrastructure organizations to implement mitigations to reduce the likelihood and impact of Phobos ransomware attacks.
