　　10月29日，中国气候变化事务特使解振华应约与法国总统外事顾问埃玛纽埃尔·博纳举行会谈，双方围绕各自气候行动进展、中法气候变化合作、全球气候多边进程等议题交换意见。双方回顾为推动《巴黎协定》达成所作出的努力，商定将继续开展密切合作，落实中法两国领导人对加强气候变化、生物多样性、绿色低碳转型等领域合作共识，推动《巴黎协定》全面有效落实，共同支持《联合国气候变化框架公约》第二十八次缔约方会议取得成功。
