"On "10/12/2024", the "National Agency of Electrical Energy (ANEEL)" issued an update regarding "Certhil tariff review up for discussion". The agency has approved a public consultation (CP 34/2024) on Certhil's request for Extraordinary Tariff Revision, which will run from December 11, 2024, to January 27, 2025. This comes after the company argued that its investments in infrastructure and services have not been reflected in its current tariff structure."
