CCJ Approves admissibility of the Proposal of Amendment to PEC No. 27/2024, which provides for National Fund for Economic Repair and Promotion of Racial Equality

"On Wednesday (27), the Constitutional and Justice Commission (CCJ) of the Chamber of Deputies approved the admissibility of Proposal of Amendment to Constitution (PEC) No. 27/2024, creating a National Fund for Economic Repair and Promotion of Racial Equality (FNREPIR). This fund aims to expand opportunities and promote social inclusion of the black Brazilian population, with resources allocated for education improvements and entrepreneurship support."
