"On "26/09/2024", the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety issued an update regarding "Cannabinoids increasingly found in sweets". Germany and the Netherlands are among the top reporting countries, with almost every eighth message sent through the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) coming from Germany. The majority of messages involved food products, with CBD-containing new foods being a growing concern."
