"On March 26, 2025, the Brazilian government and the Secretariat of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) announced that Brazil will host the 15th Conference of the Parties (COP15) in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, from March 23 to 29, 2026. The event aims to address pressing conservation challenges facing thousands of wild animal species crossing international borders."
