CADE submits two resolutions to public consultations

Summary:

The Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) has opened two public consultations on October 25th. The proposed resolutions are already available on the Participa + Brasil platform, where they will remain open for contributions from the public until November 25th. The first consultation aims to amend the internal regulations to remove the requirement for mandatory notification of an administrative process to be sent exclusively by postal mail with acknowledgment of receipt. The second consultation proposes a resolution to regulate the procedure to be followed in the monitoring of compliance with decisions, commitments, and agreements approved by the Administrative Court of Cade. Following the public consultations, Cade will analyze the suggestions presented and define the final versions of the texts.
