On 07/11/2024, the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) issued an update regarding CADE opens public consultation to update the Leniency Guide. The updated guide is a result of the work of the Leniency Antitrust Working Group, initiated by the Superintendence-General of CADE in 2023, which brought together around 100 participants from various backgrounds to discuss relevant topics for the leniency program.
