"On February 12, the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) condemned a businessman involved in a cartel case. The investigation revealed that the businessman and several companies, including Valeo, LUK/Schaeffler, and ZF/Sachs, had engaged in anti-competitive practices from 2003 to 2011, fixing prices, dividing markets, and sharing sensitive information in Brazil and Europe."
